Brighter Sites designs, builds, launches, and supports websites for small businesses. We work broadly across service businesses while bringing specialized experience to therapists, counselors, coaches, wellness professionals, and other trust-based practices.
Founding Practice Program · First 5 practices
The first five qualifying practice clients can start with a Professional Website at $1,250 for the standard starting scope instead of $1,500. After launch, the first90 days of Managed Growth are included at no additional cost.
Limited to the first five accepted founding-practice projects. Larger scopes, additional pages or services, and third-party purchases remain separately quoted. The founding rate applies to the standard Professional Website starting scope and does not reduce outside-provider charges.

For a new business or practice that wants the website and the surrounding online foundation handled together.
Your website is separate from ongoing care
Choosing a monthly care plan does not mean repurchasing your website every month. If you later stop ongoing service, the paid-for website does not need to be purchased again; transition and handoff are handled under your service agreement.
Third-party costs
Unless a written quote specifically says otherwise, the Brighter Sites prices shown here cover our labor to set up, configure, and connect the service. Purchases and recurring charges from outside providers are separate.
Examples include domain registration and renewal, additional or premium domain names, the Google Workspace plan you choose, and any other paid software, phone, email, hosting, or third-party service your project requires. If you want several domains—for example the same practice name across .com, .net, and .app—each registration is a separate provider cost.
We will identify any required third-party cost before it is purchased so you can approve both the service and the expense.
Optional setup services
These services can be added individually when you do not need the complete launch package. The prices below are for Brighter Sites’ setup and configuration work; third-party purchases and subscriptions are separate unless specifically included in your quote.
Business email setup, domain verification, and the essential Workspace configuration for your business. Google’s Workspace subscription charge is separate.
Setup and optimization of your business listing so your core business information is complete and consistent.
Domain connection, DNS configuration, Cloudflare setup, and the technical records needed for your website and email. Domain registration and renewal charges are separate.
Connect the tools needed to understand search visibility and basic website traffic after launch.

Each month, your report summarizes what changed, what appears to be working, what needs attention, and what we recommend improving next so you can see what is happening with the site without learning an analytics dashboard yourself.
Managed Growth pricing
Website improvement becomes more useful when we can compare several months of search visibility, visitor behavior, and the effect of changes made over time. Longer commitments receive a lower effective monthly rate.

Additional work
Additional work is calculated at $100 per hour in 15-minute increments, but that is how we calculate the quote—not an open-ended meter.
Send us what you want changed. We review the request and give you a written price for the defined work. Nothing billable begins until you approve it. If the scope changes, we give you a revised quote before doing additional work.

Visitors should be able to understand where they are and find important information without hunting for it.
Contact buttons, menus, service information, and calls to action remain easy to use on a phone.
We make it obvious how someone can learn more, request an appointment, or reach the appropriate client portal.
Sites are built to remain fast, understandable, and practical to maintain as the practice changes.
